DIVISIONAL HEADS MEETING HELD ON 28TH AND 29TH AT MADIKERI

              Two days  brain storming sessions were held  at Madikeri.PMG and  DPS  reviewed overall performance of kolar division.The overall performance of the  division is about 29% in BD  and  the imporvement in opening of new accounts is  marginal. The targets are given to all PM/SPM and BPMs ,  The targets fixed are 25% above the last year achieved targets.
                      It is very poor in PLI/RPLI business.BPMs are not able to sell the RPLI policy to the villagers because the BPM s are not able to explian the benifits  of the  insurance.
SPMs are adivsed to  hold Mela in one of the BOs  every   month .

 

How to conduct the mela

 

1. The main intention of  conducting Mela is to reach the targeted     customers by door to door meeting by  team of GDS working in that SO.
2.  Hold meeting with all GDS on one saturday  ten days before holding mela in all BOs.
3.  Fix up the mela in consultation with the Panchayat president of  one of the BO to participate alongwith the memebers and  villagers. If possible the  advertisiment may be given by issuing invitations to  the local villagers to attend the mela.
4. The banners and hand bills will be supplied by the  Divl office  once the date of mala is decided .
5.  At least ten days before the mela the banners in each BO to be kept in improtant places in the village .The teams to be formed consisting of one Mailoverseer and  five GDS to visit each village one day to contact all the villagers  by visiting door to door . At least one proposal to be collected from the earning members of the family.
6.  If it is not possible to collect the proposal  during the visit to their houses , T It is the  duty of the GDS  explain the family members  what is benifit of  taking RPLI policy. 
7.  Finally one location identified for RPLI  mela all the propsals will be scrutinied by DO team on the spot and the final meeting will be addressed to all the villagers  by SSPOs  APSOs and sub divisional IP .
8. I hope we will continue journey to meet the villagers to extend the RPLI
